ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A Jewel Lake shooting victim’s condition remained unknown Sunday, after Anchorage police said the man was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries Saturday night.
A suspect, police said, was also taken into custody Saturday.
APD said the shooting happened around 9 p.m. in the 9100 Block of Noble Circle, located off Dimond Boulevard near the Blackberry Street intersection.
Officers said the man was shot multiple times in his upper body.
Alaska’s News Source has reached out to APD for an update on the victim’s condition and to find out when details of what allegation police are making about the suspect they say is involved in the incident will be released.
