IDAHO FALLS – Idaho Falls Mayor Rebecca Casper Idaho Falls invites everyone to attend her final State of the City Address.
The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® (GIFAR) is hosting the City of Idaho Falls and Mayor Rebecca Casper for the 2025 State of the City address at a luncheon on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., where Mayor Casper will deliver her address.
The event will be held at the Holiday Inn & Suites at 3005 South Fork Boulevard in Idaho Falls. The Mayor’s address is being held in conjunction with a luncheon fundraiser for the Mayor’s Scholarship Fund. Meal tickets are on sale beginning Dec. 20 for $50 HERE. Seating will be available for those who want to attend the event but not have lunch. The address will also be live streamed on the City of Idaho Falls’ social media pages.
GIFAR, the Mayor’s Scholarship Fund and Mayor Casper would like to thank College of Eastern Idaho, Idaho Environmental Coalition, Blue Cross of Idaho, Idaho Central Credit Union, Skidmore Inc. for sponsoring the event.

All proceeds from the luncheon will go to the local Mayor’s Scholarship fund. Established in 2006, the 501(c)(3) organization has provided over $550,000 to local students to further their education. The organization strives to foster the continued success of our community through these scholarships and inspire meaningful change in the lives of local youth. Mayor Casper was re-elected to a third term as Mayor of Idaho Falls in November 2021. Under Mayor Casper’s leadership, Idaho Falls was ranked the best-performing small city in America by the 2021, 2023 and 2024 Milken Institute Best-Performing Cities Indexes. Mayor Casper serves on numerous boards and commissions advocating for the constituents of Idaho Falls.
