Allegheny County officials are investigating after a body was discovered in Shaler Township Thursday afternoon. Shaler Township Chief of Police Sean Frank confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 a body was found in the woods near Hahn Road around 2:30 p.m. Chief Frank said a bystander noticed the victim in a wooded area and notified police.Allegheny County police are investigating the case.
