The city of Bekle will host a commitment ceremony to open a new plaza and statue.
The legendary singer and composer’s bill dries two new recognitions of Bekley, West Virginia. The announced musician, born with a nearby tile fork, will receive a new statue and plaza dedicated to his honor.
