FAMU graduates are taking legal action in response to the Choice of President of Johnson’s President.
Florida A & M University Alums and Stakeholders A lawsuit filed an investigation Marva Johnson’s choice as the next President of HBCU.

Students and prominent graduates, including packaging, complained to Johnson’s possible appointment as Famu’s next president before he was elected. Now, the lawsuits of lawsuits, whether the political influence made a decision and the anxieties of Johnson’s qualifiers, pointing out the lack of experience in its leading vice president.
Judicial was submitted to only 18 sitting of the Government Council of Governors to vote against Johnson’s accession to the fight against alumni and others who oppose the prestigious HBCU.
“There was a misinterpretation of what we were doing,” said Hakobs. “This problematic is not looking for an instruction against the Governors’ Council. It asks the court to take some investigation into the process. “
The lawsuit references to the plaintiffs that “the decision to accept Marva Johnson, which contradicted all the logic, was based on improper factors, failed to take into account the main criteria and the procedures for the presidential discussion.
Among the trials are the recent decision of the “secret privacy standards” and the legislature of the Florida legislature, allowing Famu to use additional university remedies to cover Johnson’s salary. This follows the 2025-26 budget offered by the Famu Foundation, which falls his first year’s fee roughly $ 839,400.
Hakobs hopes that the results of the case will be “fully transparency in the process of presidential election, and whether it meets the requirements involved.”
