La La Anthony has partnered with sponsor Delsym to bring this event to life.
La La Anthony is ending this year by getting into the spirit of giving. The “BMF” star hosted her 7th annual Winter Wonderland charity event in Bronx, New York on December 11. The charity event focused on providing a holiday to underprivileged children complete with performances, dance contests, photo booths, giveaways and hot chocolate stations.
Anthony’s Winter Wonderland charity event was sponsored this year by Delsim, a cough suppressant company.
Anthony said about the partnership. “This is my second year working with Delsym because I really feel like they understand my vision and what it means to give back and what it means.”
He told Forbes, “Delsim is about helping people. It’s the holidays. You get flu and cough season and Delsym is the number one cough suppressant during the day or night. But it’s about helping people. And that’s what I feel is a huge part of my brand is”.
The charity event was held at the Gauchos gym in New York City and was hosted by TV personality Paris Phillips, but the venue was sentimental for Anthony.
He explained. “It’s at the Gauchos gym, which means a lot to me because it’s the gym where my son first started playing basketball and really started learning the basics of basketball.”
The day’s performances included work by artists such as Bumbaa and Cash Cobain.
Outside of Anthony’s big charity event, the 42-year-old actress also opened up about her friendship with media personality Kim Kardashian during her interview. Forbes:.
She revealed exciting news about the two businesswomen’s next venture, saying that they both recently signed on with the streaming service Hulu to launch a show called “Group Chat,” which will feature their group of successful friends.
“Kim Kardashian and I just signed a deal with Hulu to produce an all-star show based on our group chat,” Anthony said. “It’s fun and really speaks to women themselves at this stage of life, whether they are related to relationships, motherhood, friendships or anything else, all these topics are discussed in the group chat and we bring it to life the stories.”
Despite his busy year with new seasons of TV shows The Chi and BMF, as well as his new start on Group Chat, Anthony assured: Forbes: that he will continue to be rooted in charity work until 2025.
