BLACK ENTERPRISE’s Women of Power Summit returns to Las Vegas as Nationwide commits to three years of flagship sponsorship.
A national sponsor has been announced BLACK ENTERPRISE’s 2025 Women of Power Summit.
The 19th annual premier event, hosted by the #1 digital media brand dedicated to wealth building and business, or equivalent, will take place at the luxurious Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas March 5-8, 2025. In anticipation of more than 1,800 professional women of color, BE CEO Earl “Butch” Graves says, Nationwide’s partnership is a true testament to that insurer’s commitment to uplift black women.
“We are proud and excited to have our longtime friends and partner, Nationwide, as a sponsor of our premier event celebrating the achievements and advancements of black women professionals,” said Graves.
“Nationwide’s sponsorship affirms its continued commitment to the professional development and advancement of Black women in corporate America.”
Themed “Our Future, Our Power,” the 2025 Summit will offer robust programming for executive and personal development, covering career advancement, leadership, corporate counsel, workplace trauma, gender bias, and wealth. As a new addition to the agenda, the summit will feature opportunities for Mentor Matching, AI a fourth day of bootcamps, professional branding and programming around holistic wellness with a power walk, workout and vision board opportunity.
Attendees can finish the day relaxing at the spa and enjoying a nice round of golf.
Such programming made it an easy decision for Nationwide to be the title sponsor for 2025, 2026 and 2027. Ramon Jones, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, said the team is excited to expand the budding partnership. “For more than a decade, Nationwide has proudly served as the presenting sponsor of many of Black Enterprise’s signature events,” said Jones.
“As our partnership continues to grow, we are excited to expand our support to include the Power Women Summit. We look forward to this important event that has been empowering and elevating executive women for nearly 20 years.”
Summit 2024 welcomed a number of business forces, including sessions The Cut’s: Editor-in-Chief, Lindsey Peoples, and Tidal Global Head of Marketing, Shar Caesar Douglas, at the 18th Annual Legacy Awards Gala, Mellody Hobson, Co-CEO, Ariel Investments; Judy Smith, founder and president of Smith & Company; and Tasunda Duckett, CEO of TIAA, were honored as trailblazers in multiple industries.
In 2025, Valerie Jarrett, chief executive officer of the Barack Obama Foundation, Glenda McNeil, general partner of American Express, and Melba Moore, a Tony Award-winning actress and singer, were honored as distinguished honorees.
