After weeks of countless accusations of sexual assault and violence, the number of lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs increases as three more people show up. Each lawsuit was filed by a John Doe, and all of the alleged incidents occurred between 2019 and 2020.
According to variety report, a man claims he flew in from Florida to attend one of Combs’ parties in the Hamptons. While partying, the man says he consumed an alcoholic beverage with Combs before he passed out. Believing he was drugged, the man also alleges that Combs and members of his entourage sodomized him.
A second man says he met Combs at a New York City club in 2019; she later attended an after party thrown by Combs, where she claims the disgraced hip-hop mogul offered her a cocktail. After drinking half of the glass, he says the room “started spinning” as Combs allegedly told people nearby that he was “ready to party.” After losing consciousness and waking up, he found himself completely naked and lying on his stomach with Combs allegedly raping him. He also claims that a man and a woman (who are not identified in the lawsuit) recorded the act on camera. After the incident, he says he was offered $2,500 on Combs’ behalf.
A third man says he first met Combs in 2006 when he was hired to run errands for the founder of Bad Boy Records. However, in early 2020, he scheduled a meeting with Combs to discuss missing payments at a New York hotel. At the meeting, she recalled feeling sick after Combs allegedly gave her a drink she now believes was spiked. As Variety reported, “Doe told Combs he wasn’t feeling well and was ordered to lie down and take a nap. When he woke up, he was gasping with his pants down while Combs raped him.” He also alleged that Combs warned him that going to the police would only make him “look like an idiot.”
Combs’ reps deny all the allegations, issuing a statement to Variety saying, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against all unethical lawyers who have made fictitious claims against him.”
Following his arrest on September 16, Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. She faces “charges of extortion, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution,” according to Variety.
In pleading not guilty, two separate judges have denied Combs bail. His trial will begin in May 2025.
