‘Doc’ Star Patrick Walker Unpacks Dr. TJ Coleman’s Past And Major Episode 9 Twist In Fox Series

Fans of the new Fox Medical Drama Doc They have officially met a Dr. TJ Coleman completely new (Patrick Walker)).

This week’s episode was deepened between Dr. Amy Larsen and Dr. TJ Coleman, as well as a moment that Walker said he changes the entire trajectory of his character’s life.

The evolution of Dr. TJ Coleman

“In a way, you can almost see him grow, from being a little doctor to a large doctor, in a way, because when we first find him, he represses himself in the first interaction he has with Amy,” Walker said in a recent interview with Blavity’s Shadow and acting before the end. “She is seeing her essentially making an error, such as the way she is about dealing with her patients, and she must correct him.”

He added: “I mean, episode 3, almost kills the patient. So it is how, very soon, we see him make mistakes and, when we finish episode 3, you see him with a courage and a type of winning his stripes, because he belongs to the other doctors. … In episode 4, you see him go against the military and see him see that he develops the last time, until the last episodes, until the last episodes. That the evolution is very interesting.

What is the great revelation that happened in episode 9?

In the last episode of DocSpectators find out that TJ and Amy have a past, one in which she saves life on a plane when she was a child, planting the seed that ultimately would flourish into him, turning into himself.

“As a member of the audience, I think the way we introduce how TJ and Amy is known is brilliant. I like the fact that she saved her life on a plane because she went to scuba diving and then got on the plane the same or the next day, knowing what she does in her body, I think she is very interesting,” said Walker.

“I think it is very interesting and the main part of this being, knowing that this moment saved her life … she is inspired by this woman enough to go to live her life differently beyond that moment,” he continued. “It is actually similar to A raisin in the sunThe main character talks about seeing that this little boy would fall on a hill and broke his head, and the way someone could sew his head and save his life, how, how he was excited. I was inspired by this with TJ, where she saw this woman save her life, and then went into a service life to save others on the battlefield and now she is in a hospital. I think this revelation for me, and the audience is very beautiful, and everything makes sense. It makes sense why I would be next to Amy. It makes sense why she will fight for her. It makes sense in Episode 1, when everyone was crazy about her, he was the one who raised the people above him because “no one would speak badly of the woman who saved my life and this inspired me to be a doctor.”

As the fans will take a look at Dr. TJ Coleman’s newspaper

The public only witnessed TJ in scrubs until the last episode of DocSomething Walker said is significant to portray his character as finally standing on his two feet.

“All the season combined with other doctors. Is supporting Amy. She is very like he helps someone, “Walker said.” So he feels like, in this episode, we have the opportunity to see him as a civilian. It is not a clock. You have the opportunity to see a young man, who has all this knowledge and who is not on the clock, trying to find out how he will save his father’s life, and do it as a doctor, but he also only as a child. “”

He added: “ Seeing those parts of him where he is only a son of a father he loves. An important part of what we get in this episode, too, (is) it does not have to follow the same rules. It is only a civilian. There is nothing special at this moment. It can achieve a little hassle just like all others can be a little soaked. It can feel the emotions, in the same way that they can not go in the same way. So now, when you look at this monitor and see what you think is cancer, you can actually take it and feel it really.

The end of the first season of Doc Premiere on Tuesday, March 18 at 21:00 ET/PT in Fox.
