Jay-z has filed a lawsuit against the woman who recently abandoned her case against rapper after accusing —llo of rape. The 55 -year -old artist also struck Buzbee, saying that the lawyer tries to extort settlements, as he falsely links celebrities with Diddy, who faces various allegations of sexual assault. After Jane Doe left his case last month without a paid Jay-Z, the rapper’s defense team said they will continue to fight against any other similar case.

In his lawsuit against Jane Doe, Jay-Z’s team presented evidence of malicious persecution, abuse of process and civil conspiracy. Jay-Z said that Jane Doe and his lawyer sought to “assassinate the impeccable character and earned for the lifetime of Shawn Corey Carter.”
“The defendants devised and executed their plan to accuse the Mr. Carter of sexual assault, and used national and media news to spread the accusations made to millions despite the falsity of the accusation,” Billboard’s lawyers wrote. “The actions of the defendants were voluntary and proposed to maximize reputational damage to Mr. Carter and induce Mr. Carter to pay them.”
Jay-Z’s lawyers added that the rapper now also faces “extorted threats” by Buzbee. The solicitor, according to Jay-Z’s team, said that Jane Doe “left the demand only because he was afraid of his life”, but will bring more allegations if the artist reveals the confession of the woman.
“Thus, threats of extortion and defamation continue to this day, needing that Mr. Carter take measures to prevent unscrupulous actors from predicting even more,” said Jay-Z’s lawyers.
