Ncuti gatwa And Varada Sethu is taking Doctor who Fans on a new trip through the time and space next season.

The two spoke to Blavity/Shadow and the Editor, Trey Mangum, about next season, who has Gatwa once again in his role as a doctor.

Gatwa said he has begun to “roll up” in the paper thanks to the help of the distribution and crew, including the writer Russell T. Davies and Millie Gibson, played by Ruby Sunday.

How do you feel Ncuti Gatwa in your second season as a doctor?

“Now you feel a little more in my skin, after having passed the process of the whole first season,” he told us. “I think what has taught me is that he has taught me authenticity and being faithful to myself, keeping me true to your own path and working hard to know where you want to go with something and follow the course, not divert -you, not let others’ opinions affect you too much.”

Sethu, who plays the new companion Belinda Chandra, spoke of how Gatwa professionally managed the intensity of playing a doctor very different from the past seasons.

“It’s quite difficult when the franchise is so big, you know,” he said. “It’s so big … there is so much pressure. He did very well.”

Gatwa also talked about how he reacted to Fandom response after his first season, describing -“so unpleasant to be hugging the Fandom as we have been. It has been really beautiful.”

“I think it is great to see how a younger generation identify with the characters, such as their little tricks and things and things like that,” he said. “But specifically for me, I always warm my heart when color people feel that they can connect -really to the show in a way maybe they may not feel before … I think it is good that anyone in the doctor can be interpreted by anyone or anyone who can see the doctor … Now it is not a trick or anything.”

Who is playing Varada Sethu in the new “Doctor Who” season?

The raid of Sethu in the Doctor who The universe arrives through its character, which he described as “super-independent”.

“This is my favorite thing of her,” she said. “… has his own life he wants to return. He has his own thoughts and opinions about things, and he is not afraid to say -to the doctor. He is not afraid to take responsibility.

“She is the first nurse and the doctor, who is very fun,” he added. “Really, I love the fact that they are very the same and that they have to become this team. They realize that their values are very aligned and there is a very deep love and connection with each other. I love that it is the same.”

The new season of Doctor who It debuts new episodes weekly at Disney+.
