A Georgia The woman is accused of involuntary homicide After allegedly killing his boyfriend. According to Fox54Police said that Hannah Cobb, who is white, and his boyfriend Telvin Osborne, who is black, were under the influence when they returned home at night and fought.
Cobb told the police that he checked his firearm after returning home as he does every night, but accidentally triggered the weapon and hit Osborne in his chest. Police found Osborne in the main bedroom with a gun shot on his chest. Later he was declared death at the hospital.
Police said that Cobb collaborates with researchers. According to WRDDThe audio of Cobb’s 911 call revealed that he told the office that he was cleaning his gun when he turned off.
“I didn’t mean. It was an accident,” he feels Cobb in the audio, for WRDW. “We were checking my gun room and accidentally came out. Sorry very much. Oh my God, I don’t know what to do.”
However, Burke County Sheriff, Alfonzo Williams, told a different story at a Tuesday press conference.
“At no point during the investigation there was information on a person who cleaned a weapon,” Williams told journalists, for WRDW.
The Xerife said that the shooting is not classified as accidental. He also said that police have confirmed that the couple had an altercation that night in their house in Keysville, Georgia. Cobb now reserves in prison in Burke County.
