Here’s how Tori Lanez’s legal team responded to Megan T. Stallone’s defamation allegations and injunction request
On Wednesday, December 18, Lanes’ legal team reportedly spoke exclusively to TMZ. Additionally, Unite The People pushed back against Megan T. Stallion’s claim that she paid internet bloggers to share defamatory statements about her. Instead, Lanez’s legal team explained that “the payments have nothing to do with Lanez and the truth will be revealed in court.”
In addition, a statement was also released online from McDowell.In the message, he also referred to outgoing payments from his client.
“Regarding Zelle’s $3,000 transactions, we must ask the public not to jump to conclusions. The legal process will not only address these matters, but will prove 100% beyond doubt that they have nothing to do with Mr. Daystar Peterson or his case at all.” McDowell argues in part.
Before wrapping up, McDowell appeared to throw some snarky shots at Megan T. Stallion, pointing out her past history of “lying” to the public.
