On Tuesday, December 17, TMZ published an exclusive report claiming that Meghan filed for a restraining order against Lanez on the same day. According to the outlet, the rapper reportedly claims that he was “abused for several months by … Tori.”
“Even now, behind bars, Mr. Peterson shows no signs of stopping. Despite being sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Ms. Peet, Mr. Peterson continues to subject her to repeated trauma and resuscitation,” the petition states. Page six.
Specifically, Megan alleges that Lanez employed a team of bloggers to “spread defamatory statements about her.” One of the bloggers named in the documents reportedly Elizabeth Milagro Cooper.
Furthermore, Megan believes that Lanez and Cooper have developed a “conspiratorial relationship.” In addition, the lawsuit alleges that Cooper was even paid to make publicly defamatory statements against Meghan.
According to the paper, the restraining order cites that Megan feels she is enduring “continuous ‘psychological warfare'” from Lanez. Ultimately, the paper reports, Megan T. Stallion is seeking a restraining order, “which would force Tori to stop contacting him, harassing or intimidating, either directly or through third parties.”
