Family of Devin Butts Files Lawsuit Against NCCU Over Player’s Death

Family of the Central University of North Carolina (Napp) Basketball player Devin Butts filed an incorrect death against the university, claimed to claim a number of 22-year-old athlete causing a tragic loss.
