Southern University is proud to announce the launch of the current and wanting K-12 educational leaders in A & M college. Officially, the Leaders of the University Academy and willing the desire, this groundbreaking initiative, this basic setting initiative, this article will begin.
This Academy K-12 will provide teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary for the successful transition to the head of the Public School. Specially aims to create various educational leaders, stressing the support of educated communities. Currently, black or Latin origin women and individuals are only five percent of public school super soldiers – the academy is trying to search for the target training and mentoring.

The curriculum of the Academy is based on professional standards for educational leaders and covers the basic powers for effective district management. This virtual ten-week program will feature meetings in the Baton Rouge campus of the South University in the Baton Rouge. Participants will provide a unique opportunity to train and accept experienced cabinetary education leaders. Upon completion, graduates will earn postgraduate credit hours that can further increase education qualifications.
Emily Jackson-Osagie, a temporary director of the South University School of Education, stressed that the academy has increased the loyalty of teachers. “We offer educators a valuable opportunity to contact exceptional leaders and peers while conducting thought-provoking in the development of critical leadership.”
