Fayetteville State University, a HBCU, a tradition of proud academic and athletic excellence, declared a historic success in the 2025 semester. Broncos Student-Athletes, the highest level in the history of the department in the last decade, the 3.42 total price point (GPA) recorded the record.
This stage notes the continuation of the growing reputation of the province of Fayetteville among HBCUs for academic performance in athletics. A total of 151 student-athletes, a GPA, 3.0 or higher, 91 and 32, which is 3.5 or older, recorded a perfect 4.0. Completely completing the registration of section 3.33 in the fall of 2013.
“This success reflects the sacrifices of our student-athletes, coaches, academic support staff and faculties,” Athony Bennett said. “We are proud of the culture of perfection that continues to grow in Fayetteville.”

In the Central Intercollegiate Athlete Association (CIAA), Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville State University continues to determine the critical role in the development of good circular student-athletes in HBCUS. This achievement emphasizes the commitment of student athletes to success in the classroom, class and outside of the university.
