Louisiana Based 15 White Coats®Nonprofits, which are in the field of education in the fields of education, providing a non-profit, black doctor to a black doctor who provide access to cultural literature in the field of education and accessing a cultural fitting literature, visits to the entrance to a cultural appropriate literature at the University of HBCU Wooden Toure.
HBCU Tethered Tour, 15 White Coats, this is an 18-month-old program that will be held in events in events in events in HBCUs, and will be held in the events that inspire the next generation and inspiring the next generation. The tour will provide valuable sources, facilitate important conversations and emphasize mentors in medical space for black and brown students. 15 White Coats aims to tie and prepare these students for a future for a future.

In 2023, a study found that only 5.7% of US doctors were black.
Following the decision to ban the competition at the university in the courtyard, the adoption of black students in the medical school decreased by 11.6% in 2024.
In 2024, black students accounted for 8.8% of all medical students, and in 2023, 10% of matriculants decreased.
Studies showed that black patients feel better health results when caring for black doctors, feel more comfortable and adhere to the recommended treatment.
The presence of a mentor that resembles you is a significant benefit and low cases of imposter syndrome for students.
About 15 White Coats®
15 White Coats will be launched in 2019 by providing health and economic support for projected communities, providing visual inspiration and economic support, to help the doctor of minorities in 2019.
