Buffalo Chicken Wings PLUS Buffalo Wing Sauce Recipe
No game day is complete without hot wings, you can enjoy them and still keep your New Year’s resolution.
This delicious baked hot wings recipe gets its fire from two sources. First, the chicken wings are bathed in bangin’ spices, then after they are baked, they are bathed in a buttery hot sauce. Dip them in some dolce and blue cheese dressing to cool the fire in your mouth.

To prepare this recipe, you need two sheets with shelves. I like to line sheet pans with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. I also made these buffalo wings in the air fryer and they came out great.
Rub your wings
Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, minced garlic and cayenne pepper. I like to use Sanderson Farm Chicken because they don’t add any extra salt. This allows me to taste the chicken the way I like it and not worry too much about sodium. Rub all the wings with spices and if you have time, put it in the refrigerator for six hours. Place the wings on a sheet pan.

Fry the wings on high heat
Bake the wings at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes (cooking time depends on the size of the wings). I also made these hot wings in my Instant Pot Vortex Air Fryer oven which only goes up to 400 degrees and they came out great.
Make the blue cheese dress
For a delicious blue cheese dip, mix together blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, and freshly cracked pepper. This is also very good on top of a wedge of fresh iceberg lettuce. I will average WEDGE LETTUCE BURGER Perfect for the keto diet!
Make hot wing sauce
Melt the butter and mix it with the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and roasted garlic. Add cayenne pepper if you like things hot!
Serve your buffalo wings for the big game or any day
Pick up plenty of fresh vegetables to spice up your Buffalo Chicken Wings. I dipped everything in that blue cheese dressing. Celery is a traditional hot wing accompaniment, but try carrots, tomatoes, or your fingers! It’s great!
