Norfolk State women holds off Howard to clinch MEAC regular season title

The Norfolk State Women’s Basketball Team produced a strong second half in one of the most important games of the season, which causes 68-56 victories in Thursday evening.

With the victory, the Spartans Closed the open can Seeds number 1 in the regular season championship and approaching Meac tournament.

The guard headed the Norfolk state with 25 points, adding eight rebounds, six assists and five burglars. Great forward Kierra Wheeler broadcast with the 11th double double double double and 10 rebounds of the season.
