Sangy Global and The Triage Centre have acknowledged the outstanding contributions of the Africa Institute for Liver and Digestive Disease Foundation (AILDD Foundation) in supporting their healthcare donation campaigns to the Ga Manste, National Chief Imam and the Moderator of the Presbyterian church of Ghana with medical logistics and supplies.

This recognition comes as a result of a shared commitment to improving the access to quality healthcare.

The Triage Centre and Sangy Global, both committed to their corporate social responsibility and the well-being of underserved communities, have been privileged to collaborate with the AILDD Foundation. The foundation has been at the forefront of research, education, and providing vital treatment in the fight against liver and digestive diseases in Africa, a region where such diseases have a significant impact on public health.

In a joint statement, The Triage Center/Sangy Global expressed their sincere gratitude to the AILDD Foundation for its unwavering dedication and groundbreaking work in improving healthcare outcomes in the region.

“On behalf of The Triage Center/Sangy Global, we want to extend our deepest appreciation to the Africa Institute for Liver and Digestive Disease Foundation, your support to the donation exercise was very instrumental in making this exercise a success which we believe it will make a lasting impact on thousands of lives. We are proud to partner with such an esteemed institution and look forward to continuing our shared work in enhancing healthcare access across Africa.” Said by Sara Nana Yeboah [founder, The Triage Center/Sangy Global].

The Africa Institute for Liver and Digestive Disease Foundation has been a pioneer in advancing research, medical education, and access to treatment for liver and digestive diseases in Africa. Its work includes organizing health awareness campaigns, providing screening and diagnostic services, and offering specialized treatments for conditions such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and colorectal cancer, which are prevalent in many parts of the continent.

In addition to direct healthcare interventions, the AILDD Foundation is also involved in capacity-building programs for local healthcare professionals, ensuring that medical teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage and treat these diseases effectively.

This holistic approach has helped reduce the burden of liver and digestive diseases and improve outcomes for patients.

“We are honored to receive this recognition from The Triage Center/Sangy Global, their continued support has been invaluable in helping us further our mission of providing comprehensive care and support to those in need. The partnership is a powerful testament to what can be achieved when organizations unite for the greater good of public health.

The collaboration between Sangy Global, The Triage Center, and the AILDD Foundation is a model for how healthcare organizations can come together to tackle some of Africa’s most pressing health challenges. By pooling resources, expertise, and networks, the organizations have been able to expand their reach and deliver life-saving treatments to communities that otherwise might not have access to such services”. Said by Professor Lewis, a representative of the AILDD Foundation.

Speaking to the media, the founder of the Triage Center/Sangy Global, Sara Nana Yeboah shared that “The AILDD Foundation’s work is an inspiration to all of us who believe in the power of partnerships to bring about positive change in healthcare, we have seen firsthand the difference that their work makes in communities, and we are excited to continue working together to ensure that people across Africa have access to the care they deserve.”

As the collaboration between Sangy Global, The Triage Center, and the AILDD Foundation continues to grow, the organizations are committed to expanding their collective efforts to address healthcare disparities and enhance the lives of individuals across Africa. Future projects will focus on conducting further research, and continuing to build capacity within local healthcare systems.

“We are just getting started, our partnership with the AILDD Foundation is one that we hope will flourish for many years to come, and we are excited to see the lasting impact we can have together in Africa.” Sara Nana Yeboah Concluded.

The acknowledgment by Sangy Global and The Triage Center of the Africa Institute for Liver and Digestive Disease Foundation is a well-deserved recognition of the foundation’s extraordinary work in the field of liver and digestive healthcare. Through their dedication, expertise, and collaboration with key organizations, the AILDD Foundation has made a profound impact on the health and well-being of countless individuals in Africa.
