On March 12 at 11:30 a.m., the Black Women’s Mental Health Institute will host its third annual Women’s History Month Luncheon at the Vulcan Park and Museum.
The theme of this year’s event will be “Built to Last: Honoring the Power and Progress of Black Women in Business.”
An esteemed panel of Black women entrepreneurs will join the luncheon this year. Abra Barnes, CCIM President and Qualifying Broker at Barnes & Associates, Realtors, Pauline K. Long, PharmD Co-Owner and Principal Consultant Pharmacist at MedPlus Consulting, LLC, YOGI DADA Artist 4 Humanity, and Dr. Melva Tate CEO and Human Capital Strategist at Tate & Associates Strategic Consulting will all be in attendance.
The Black Women’s Mental Health Institute is a national nonprofit based in Birmingham focused on building awareness of and support for the mental and holistic well-being of Black women and girls.
