“The Michigan Black Summit will feature engaging workshops on crucial topics such as social determinants of health, voter empowerment, and economic mobility. Governor Garlin Gilchrist III, Quentin Messer from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Momma Shu, and representatives from the State Senator Sarah Anthony, among many others. “These speakers will ignite change, inspire action, and foster leadership development,” states Trenton Bowens, president of NOAR, and event coordinator.
