On June 20, 1995, according to the Securities Board Law, the Commission is a regional leader in regulating securities, investment funds, capital markets, non-bank financial and corporate services, digital assets and exchange.
Executive Director Christina Rolle said: “30th anniversary celebrations are an opportunity to make a significant contribution to both the commission’s work and the Bahamas as a leading financial services jurisdiction.
