Ricky Weber has been appointed by Southwestern Electric Power Co. as plant manager for the Flint Creek Power Plant in Gentry and the Harry D. Pattison Power Plant in Tontitown. He has been with SWEPCO since 2008. Weber completed an electrical apprenticeship program through the Arkansas College of Electricity and Northwest Arkansas Community College.
T.J. Anderson has been appointed chief financial officer for Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville. He will focus on the bank’s strategic initiatives and oversee financial management. Anderson earned an undergraduate degree in finance from Arkansas State University and a graduate degree in banking from Louisiana State University.
Curtis Ramsey has been promoted to manager of construction planning at Black Hills Energy. He oversees a team of almost 20 planners and utility construction team members for the company’s Arkansas service territory. Ramsey holds an MBA from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Doreen Kamoga, MD, MPH, recently joined Washington Regional Plaza Internal Medicine clinic where she provides comprehensive care for patients ages 18 and older including women’s health, preventative care, physicals and routine checkups. Kamoga earned her medical degree from Mbarara University of Science and Technology in Mbarara, Uganda.
Yolangel Hernandez Suarez, MD, MBA, FACOG, has been appointed executive vice dean for the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. Suarez will provide oversight and coordination of the school’s clinical and education training programs and learning environments. Suarez is a Swarthmore College and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine graduate and trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. She holds an MBA with specialization in health administration and policy from the University of Miami.
Richard Cina has been named vice president of revenue cycle by Washington Regional. He has more than 20 years of experience related to revenue cycle in the health care industry. Cina holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rutgers University.
