Christian has worked all over the world for years, but she was ready to find a place she could call home.
“I’ve been traveling so much in my life, I really wanted that spot to call home and this was it,” Christian said.
She added that being a Black business owner has been a positive experience in Santa Fe.

Along with her business, Christian also helped to open one of the nation’s only gluten-free baking schools.
“This is for the home baker and for the person who’s working at a restaurant right now and they might want to learn how to make a few gluten-free items,” Christian said.
