More than 15,000 black professionals wander around the country in the center of Atlanta Sunderseses & Seersuckors XIVFour -day celebration that mixes fashion, fellowship and charitable work. The annual experiment was held on June 5-8, 2025, and it has been proven again why it was considered the main summer event of black professionals worldwide.
Now in its fourteenth year, Sunderseses & Seersuckors The attendees were offered a weekend coordinated weekend of high -end parties, communication events, and community participation. Delta Mu Mu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The event has served a deeper purpose – collecting critical money to adhere to excellence, Inc.
The money collected during the weekend directly benefited from the Black Guidance program for CTE, which provides black male students in grades 6-12 with guidance throughout the year, life skills training, and academic support. The revenues also went to the organization’s scholarship fund, which gives scholarships to the elderly in secondary schools who prove academic achievement and a commitment to respond.
The weekend started on Thursday night with a packed meeting in Suite Lounge, where the attendees re -contacted in an intimate social environment. On Friday, the guests explore a vibrant sellers market that displays black -owned works and collected midday networks in the Hyatt Regency’s Prevue. In that evening, The Southern Exchang The Prequel hosted an event known as a fashion mobilization and high power atmosphere.
Saturday brought a full day of events, starting with the return of the market and a morning committee entitled “Ask the Divine 9 Downtors”, which included medical specialists from Greek black shoe organizations that discuss health and wellness in black society. Later in the afternoon, the backyard of the Home Depot was converted for the main event, where the thousands were celebrated in Sundreses and SeersuCker under the open sky with music, cocktails and coordinated activations. The energy that was carried at night with the return of AFTERGROOVE in Hyatt Regency.
The weekend concluded on Sunday afternoon with a break at Suite Lounge, giving guests a final opportunity for dancing, network and thinking about the effect of the experiment.
“Sundreseses & Seersuckors has always been more than just a fun time,” said Windl Span, co -chair of the event. “It is a celebration of black excellence, loneliness and the strength of the return of the favor.”
What started as an elegant summer gathering has evolved into a campaign to collect recognized donations at the national level to support young empowerment, educational progress, and community leadership. Sunderseses & Seersuckors XIV It was not limited to the delivery of an unforgettable weekend, but again confirmed its commitment to building the next generation.
