CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Iowa’s News Now) — NewBo City Market and the Multicultural Small Business Institute have partnered to host Black-owned business guest vendor markets.

These markets will be held on October 24th and November 14 at Newbo City Market in downtown Cedar Rapids.
The Multicultural Small Business Institute has helped recruit the Black-owned businesses.
They will set up at the Market from 10 am to 4 pm on both dates and sell their products and services at the market.
Products range from clothing and baked goods to jewelry and home decor and more.
These events have been in the works for months and will be the first of their kind at NewbBo.
