We discuss her role and experience as the Bit Chicago Chapter Lead, the initiatives she planned for the chapter, as well as diving into her hobbies to collect vinyl plates and produce with 3D printers.

Vera Doueke is a professional in Chicago, who currently serves as the chief president for Blacks in Technology Chicago. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in data science and math at the University of Indiana, and shows her passion for data-acid insights and innovation. In addition to her academic pursuit, Vera takes on the role of marketing leader for Out in Tech Chicago.
Vera works during the day as a contract analyst at CDW, where she excels in analyzing and managing contracts. Apart from her professional life, she is an avid collector with an extensive variety of vinyl plates, funko -pops and a thriving collection of plants. Her creative side shines as she enjoys making with 3D printers, making her imaginative ideas alive.
