
Ben & jerry’s has submitted a modification complaint Against his Matrix Unilever after the CEO David Stever. In his modified complaint, Ben & Jerry said that Unilever “repeatedly threatened Ben & Jerry’s staff, including CEO David Stever, if Unilever’s efforts did not fulfill to silence the social mission.” Ben & Jerry’s, who uses “Peace, Love, & Ice Cream” as a slogan, also stated that Unilever “could not recognize and respect” the independence of the brand in activism. The complaint added: “This month … Unilever continued with his threats.”
