It Snowfall Spinoff project at FX with original series stars Gail bean and Isaiah John has landed an official pilot order on the network.
The project has been ruminating for a couple of years, and was announced a bit ahead Snowfall End of the series by 2023. The early initial reports of 2023 had only attached beans to the project, but it seems that John has also been confirmed during their development. John who has starred in the original series since its inception, and Bean, has been part of the program since season and was put in the regular series in the sixth and final season.
What would the spinoff treat?
The series would be without title, but here is the Logline: “Establish in the 90’s in Los Angeles shortly after the end of the original series, a recovery addict (beans) strives to take the West Coast ram ray, despite the fight against a band war.
Malcolm Spellman writes and produces the pilot, with Snowfall The Showrunner Dave Andron, as well as Thomas Schlamme, Julie Dejoie, Michael London and Trevor Engelson, executive producer. FX Productions is the study.
Snowfall, Punning for six seasons from 2017 to 2023, it was created by the late John Singleton and focused on a group of characters during the Crack cocaine epidemic in the 80’s in Los Angeles, mainly by Damson Idris’ Franklin Saint. Also starred by Carter Hudson, Emily Rios, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Michael Hyatt, Amin Joseph and Angela Lewis.
