28 artists of 24 artists of the National Artists of the National Artists of the National Artists of the National Artists of Black Colleges and Universities (NAAHBCU) are shown in Alabama State University (ASU) Civil Rights and African-American Culture.
The exhibition will take place on Thursday, 17:30 pm from 5:30 pm 17:30 to the Montgomery Intervetive Center in Asu campus.
“It is a great honor to be entrusted to these strong expressions of this strong heritage, identity and artistic perfection,” said Raegan C. Stearns, University archivist Asu. “Unlike the former exhibits demonstrating the recorded works, this collection represents its own self-selected constant gifts to reflect individual styles and voices of artists. This mirzi trusts the National Center to protect and showcase.”

“We are pleased to share a part of an excellent part of a great art collection in the regular collection of the National Center and are very excited.” “Our long-term goal was to always bring artists and art education to the front front of American art and keep art programs as institutional priorities for generations.”
William E. Colvin and Mr. John W. Feagin, who bears the name of ASU, Colvin-Feagin art & jazz show marks art and music on campus.
“This year’s exhibition continues to respect the incompatible generosity of our colleagues and Talent of our colleagues, Mr. Fegin,” said the Museum of Museum of the National Center. “These are not only works of art, but they are historical documents related to the cultural record of African American academic enterprises.”
Artists represented at the exhibition, Jesse Coleman, Ann Johnson, William Buchanan, Phillip Dotson, Marcella Muhammad, Sr, Tracie Lee Hawkins, Lee Ranshaw, Johnnie Mae Mabery, Joseph A. Pearson, Bryan Wilson, Leon Hicks, William Colvin, John Feaeagin, Dwight Smith, Willie Hooker, Peggy Blood, Ricky Calloway, Ansel Usak and Klive Webber.
The event is free and open to the public.
