Wishing bridges between Coppin State University’s business college, academy and the industry, it is pleased to announce that the Prestigious annual initiative begins. This program offers to be an invaluable exposure of selected students, especially in the technology and entertainment sectors, especially developing sophomores, adolescents, adolescents and the first semester elderly.
By a number of strategic cooperation, the Microsoft Scientist program is designed to solve the workforce preparation problems by creating a direct pipeline of career managed students. These students are equipped with both knowledge and industrial experience, allow work to move to the workforce periodically and add value to future employers immediately.

Work volume:
Every year, along business masters, a cohort of six students classified as adults, adolescents, teenagers or the first semester will be carefully selected to participate in the program. Dr. covering important topics such as participants, career paths, AI, business markets, personal brands and more. They will deal with monthly sessions conducted by Lucas. Each student can also be combined with Microsoft Mentor for management and can visit Microsoft and partner camps by expanding its professional network.

- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Copilot and designer
- To use AI as a catalyst to influence the community
- The tendencies and demand skills of the business market
- Continue building and personal brand
- Network and construction professional relations
- Interview training
- Professional development and continuous learning
- Financial literators and career planning
- Soft skills development

The Microsoft Scientist program is a testament to the commitment of Coppin State University in innovative and career education. By developing these relations and providing students with non-traditional learning experience, the university continues to prepare for the constant developing business market.
The first cohort of the students started the program in January 2025.
