On Tuesday, March 11, Senate Randal Mangham (D-Stone Mountain) met with representatives of the divine nine colleges and universities (HBCU) to plan the divine nine and HBCU day on 2026.

“I am honored to meet the divine nine Greek-letter organizations and HBCUS.” Sen. Mangham. “We had productive talk about our goals and strategies for the next nine and HBCU Day for the next divine day and HBCU Day. These important discussions continue in the coming months.”
The group will rejoin the 2025 legislative session after completion of further planning and discussion.
