A student Livingstone College Jacksonville speaks after a fierce traffic stop in Florida, took a trauma and now, the HBCU community is rally behind him.
William McNeil Jr.Livingstone’s Blue Thunder Marting Band and Biology Major, in February 2025 withdrawn by Jacksonville Sheriff’s office deputies. However, how much the daily traffic stop increased.
