Sign up for Business Day at the Legislature – a 2024 statewide business event

The South Dakota Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Business Day at the Legislature reflects the organization’s role as a leading voice of business by bringing business and community leaders to Pierre to advocate for sound business policy, inform members about legislative activities and issues, participate in Business Caucus, strengthen relationships with policymakers and the business community, and recognize business and legislative leaders.

This year’s program will include South Dakota Trade on the agenda, and an improvement announcement from president and CEO Luke Lindberg.

“Adding South Dakota Trade to the discussion agenda creates another important reason for attending the event,” the South Dakota Chamber said.

The Chamber’s membership is diverse, with attendance at Business Day representing a broad array of industries, from large and small communities throughout South Dakota.

This year’s event will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Ramkota in Pierre. The day’s events include a legislative briefing, audience voting during Business Caucus, a reception with elected officials and an evening program that will feature award presentations for Distinguished Legislative Service and Business Legislative Service.

The event agenda and registration details are available by clicking here. Registration is $85, with an early signup discount through Feb. 8. Contact [email protected] for additional information or questions.
